Rifle powder No. 550 was originally developed for the .30-06 Springfield and .308 Win. Ideal for many of the 30 caliber Magnums with lighter bullets, but also useful in a wide range of calibers in a variety of shooting disciplines. This is an excellent gunpowder for the .30-06 Springfield hunting cartridges with heavier bullets, as well as the 6.5 × 55 SE, and .308 Winchester.

No. 550 - tubular type of powder with symmetrical grain sizes 1.0 mm in length and 1.0 mm in diameter. Like all of our No. 500 series propellants, nitroglycerin has been added to conventional propellants for one purpose - to obtain the best energy content. The burning rate of No. 550 is comparable to gunpowder No. 150, that is, it is the average on our scale.

If the ordered product is out of stock, then the maximum delivery time for the order can be 8 weeks. But we try to deliver orders to customers as quickly as possible and 90% of customer orders are shipped within the first 3 weeks. If part of the goods from your order has not arrived at the warehouse after 3 weeks, we will send all the available goods, and then we will send you the rest of the order at our expense.
